Customers in regional Victoria and other states can get the essentials that they need by shopping with us in-store or online. Drive & Collect

  • How does the Drive & Collect pick-up process work?
    You will be notified that your order is ready for pick-up. After arranging a suitable time, please park in the designated Drive & Collect bays and contact the store with the phone number on your order confirmation. A team member will come and place your order into the boot of your car.
  • How quickly can I collect my Drive & Collect order after buying it online?

    1. Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pick-up the next day from 9am, excluding Christmas Day and Good Friday.

    2. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You will be contacted via email when your order is ready for collection.

    High Volume of Shop Online orders in Metropolitan Melbourne

    Due to a high volume of online orders as a result of COVID-19, we are currently experiencing delays in fulfilment of Drive and Collect orders. This may vary by store, with some experiencing longer delays than others. Our team are doing their best to process orders as quickly as possible and we really appreciate your patience. 

    If an item is unavailable, we may substitute it for a similar item of equal or higher value at no extra cost. If there is no suitable substitute for your item, we will refund you. Please note, it may take up to 5 days to process a refund. Please check your emails and order notifications for up to date information on your order.

  • What if I need to amend or cancel my Drive & Collect order?
    To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@bunnings.com.au for assistance.
  • Where do I pick up my Drive & Collect order?
    On arrival to the store, please park in the designated Drive & Collect bays.
