Click & Collect FAQs

You can Click & Collect at all of our warehouses in Victoria (excluding Brunswick, East Pakenham and Werribee), New South Wales (excluding Carlingford, Gordon, Valley Heights and Warringah Mall), Western Australia (East Victoria Park, Kalamunda), Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and ACT warehouses. These products will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

Special Orders identifies our extended range that is not stocked in store. These products are ordered once an order is placed and have longer lead times.

We currently require full address details to help validate customer identification.

In the event a store needs to reach you, providing your phone number will allow us to reach you directly to discuss your order.

1. Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pick-up the next day from 9am, excluding Christmas Day and Good Friday.

2. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You will be contacted via email when your order is ready for collection.

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email. 

Online orders can be picked up from the Online Pick-up counter at the front of the store.

You need to bring photo identification and a copy of your order confirmation.

You will be notified that your order is ready for pick-up. Please bring photo identification and your order confirmation to the ’Online Pick-up’ counter at the front of the store.

Your order will remain available for pick-up for a maximum of 14 days from the time you receive order confirmation.

Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. They’ll need to provide a copy of the order confirmation in store when collecting your order, and photo identification.

In the event your order is missing an item, the store will arrange for those items to be brought to your selected Click & Collect store. In this event, the store will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for collection.

Currently, only products at warehouses in Victoria (excluding Brunswick, East Pakenham and Werribee), New South Wales (excluding Carlingford, Gordon, Valley Heights and Warringah Mall), Western Australia (East Victoria Park, Kalamunda), Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and ACT warehouses are available for next day Click & Collect. These products will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

Yes, you can inspect the item before taking it home. Our standard exchange and refund policies also apply to Click & Collect. 

Yes, you can return an item if you've changed your mind. View our returns policy.

A refund of the total purchase price will automatically be provided unless a requested extension has been made. To do so, please contact the store you placed the order with via the telephone number provided on your order confirmation email. 

To cancel an order, please contact Bunnings for a full refund via our Customer Support team on 1800 797 586, available between 5am and 12pm AEST daily.

Simply come into the store you placed your order with, and we will happily assist you with a return or exchange.

You can't pay with a Gift Card online at this time. This service will be available in the future.

Yes, PayPal is available as a payment option for online orders excluding gift cards.

Zip is available in-store and online for products excluding gift cards.

Yes, Openpay is available both online and in-store.

No, AfterPay is not available as a payment option.
