If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it. There will be a 20% restocking fee, and the goods must be in their original packaging in view of being able to sell them again. Please contact our customer care team on 02 8188 2732 to arrange any returns that might be required.
Should your goods not operate as advertised, or be faulty, we will replace the product, at no cost.
If a product arrives damaged due to issues in transit, we will investigate with the freight company, and replace at no cost.
In the instance that there is a picking error and you get the incorrect product, we will pick the incorrect item up and resend the correct goods.
