The Balance Project Chair is ideal for either work or home offices. The chair has a black nylon base, black powder coated mechanisims, and heavy duty castors. The seat has a seat slide, allowing you to adjust for extra ergonomics and comfort. The black intelli-mesh backrest and zip-on seat upholstery and foam create for a comfortable working experience, while also being easy to clean. The chair has no arm rests.

Your order will be dispatched within one to two business days. Metro deliveries usually take one to three business days. Regional deliveries will take up to 10 business days, depending on your location.

All items will be shipped with either Mainfreight or ANC Couriers. Someone will need to be available to accept the delivery of the goods, but a signature is not required. Both companies endeavour to carry out contactless shipments wherever possible.

Deliveries only occur on weekdays, between 7 am and 5 pm.

Please note, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it. There will be a 20% restocking fee, and the goods must be in their original packaging in view of being able to sell them again. Please contact our customer care team on 02 8188 2732 to arrange any returns that might be required.

Should your goods not operate as advertised, or be faulty, we will replace the product, at no cost.

If a product arrives damaged due to issues in transit, we will investigate with the freight company, and replace at no cost.

In the instance that there is a picking error and you get the incorrect product, we will pick the incorrect item up and resend the correct goods.
