Tasmania:
We do ship to Tasmania through a local agent. Before ordering, it would be useful to call us first to discuss time frames.

We use commercial couriers (Fastway, Startrack, TNT, Couriers Please etc). Someone will need to be available to accept delivery of the goods. Usually signatures are required but, during CV19, couriers are practicing contactless delivery wherever possible.

Deliveries usually occur on weekdays between 7am and 5pm.

Please note, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

If you need to follow up on your order, please call us on 1800 754 170.

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received it. There will be a 20% restocking fee, return freight will be deducted and the goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and unmarked in view of being able to sell them again. Please contact our customer care team on 1800 754 170 to arrange any returns that might be required.

Should your goods not operate as advertised, or be faulty, we will liaise with the manufacturer to facilitate either a replacement, warranty repair, or refund, at no cost to you.

If a product arrives damaged due to issues in transit, we will investigate with the freight company, and replace at no cost.

In the instance that there is a picking error and you get the incorrect product, we will pick the incorrect item up and resend the correct goods.
