Orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast HQ in Australia using Australia Post.\n\nAll our products are print to order. We aim to process all orders within 24hrs and we dispatch five days a week. On weekends & public holidays, orders will be processed next business day. \nDelivery times will vary depending on your location, you will be provided with tracking once dispatched

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Refunds or exchanges are not provided for “Change of mind” as all of our prints are custom made, please choose carefully before placing your order. Upon receiving your item(s), carefully inspect the packaging. If any damage is observed, kindly note it while signing for delivery. Contact us promptly, within 7 days of receiving a damaged item, and include photos of both the damage and the packaging. We can arrange a refund, or replacement if deemed appropriate. It's advisable to retain the original packaging in case re-packing is necessary.
