Shipping & Deliveries\nWe ship your order within 1 business day once your order is confirmed in normal circumstances. Please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch during peak sales periods. All our products are to be dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne, Australia. You will be provided with tracking information when your order is dispatched.\n\nThe speed of delivery and associated charges depend on:\n•\tThe warehouse in Australia where the products are shipped from\n•\tThe delivery option you choose (Express/Standard). These will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.\n•\tAvailability of product given the demand at time of ordering\nIf you’re carrying more than one type of item in your cart, the highest shipping rate applies (for example, if you’re carrying a book, and a heavy bulky item, the heavy bulky rate applies).\nWhen you purchase items from our store, we will confirm with you your delivery options before purchase. As a guide, please review below on what you should expect regarding delivery.\n•\tWe offer both standard shipping and express shipping options Delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout page when you place an order. \n•\tThe delivery time is estimated from our shipping providers. Please allow extra shipping time during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, long weekend etc.) \n•\tExpress shipping for large/bulky items will be subject to the availability of express courier services in the area. Rural and remote areas may attract longer shipping times, but we make every effort to choose the fastest delivery partner to your area to ensure we provide the fastest delivery times possible.\n•\tWe are unable to accommodate custom delivery requests, such as calling in advance or on arrival, scheduling specific delivery dates and times, or leaving the package in a specific location. Such requests can only be accommodated if a customer organises freight collection and services themselves.\n•\tOccasionally orders are delivered as multi-piece shipments, and the parcels may arrive at separate times. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for partial deliveries. \n•\tIn the case that your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.\n

Big Box Store Return Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reasons, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You may contact the seller via the contact seller link in your order confirmation email. Please do not return items to us before you obtain a written confirmation from us. • The return needs to be requested within 14 days from purchase. • Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser. • We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. • We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. • A 10% restocking fee applies for change-of-mind returns, given that, o The product(s) are in their original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories; and/or o They are unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition. • Postage (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns and refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Important: Returns to Bunnings store or warehouse will not be accepted or refunded!
