Product Description

‘Stirling Mist’ is a hardy large shrub with small silvery, almost white foliage set against blackish stems. It’s used for its hedging / screening ability and loves a good prune. It can be clipped very tight and kept narrow for formal gardens or lightly pruned for a softer effect.

‘Stirling Mist’ grows to five metres tall and two – three metres wide but is best at two – three metres tall and one – 1.5mts wide. Because of the silver, almost white foliage, it makes a great contrast for the other plants in the garden.

Whilst ‘Stirling Mist’ prefers full sun or part shade and grows best in well drained, fertile soil, it will also tolerate almost all soil types. Hardy to light frost, it is however recommended to mulch well and supply summer water to ensure a lush plant.
