Product Description

This is a very hardy, deciduous shade tree. Growing to an approximate height of 13 metres and 10 metres wide. It will create a great avenue or specimen tree. Small perfumed lilac coloured flowers form clusters all over the tree in spring. Bird attracting fruit are formed after the flowers.
The green foliage is fern-liked which turns to a golden – yellow in autumn.

Melia will grow in most soil types but do prefer well drained soil in full sun. They are drought tolerant, able to cope with frost and can grow on the coast making them very durable and versatile.
