Product Description

The Japanese Maple is a lovely, deciduous small tree. It is grown for its beautiful foliage. In spring the foliage is green then produces stunning colours such as red, orange and yellow in autumn.

It grows to approximately 5m tall and 4m wide and ideally grows best in a sheltered site. Morning sun and afternoon shade in moist cool, well mulched soil is best. You can grow Japanese Maples in full sun but make sure they are protected from hot northerly winds.
