Product Description

The Nellie Kelly Black Grafter Passionfruit is a hand grafted plant that produces large amounts of passionfruit.

The grafting technique used will help plants grow in areas of extreme temperature, hot and cold, with large numbers of passionfruit for up to 10 years.

Passionfruit vines need to be well watered when the fruit is setting. Each spring the vine should be pruned and a third of the last year's growth removed. New growth will quickly appear, which will sustain flowers and fruit for the summer months.

Passionfruit are large users of iron and nitrogen, so ensure your vine is fed in early spring and after fruiting has finished.

  • Fast growing vine, will cover 4-5 sq metres of trellis
  • Produces large number of beautiful purple and white flowers
  • Produces large yields
  • Grows in full sun
  • Hand grafted to ensure the vine will last up to 10 years
