Bunnings Warehouse Midland will be supporting The Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council (EMRC) trial on collecting and recycling fluorescent globes.

You can easily recycle your fluorescent globes by bringing them down to Bunnings Warehouse Midland.

Fluorescent globes contain a small amount of mercury and should not be disposed of in your general rubbish. Before placing the old fluorescent globe into the bin make sure all cardboard and packaging has been removed.

A complete, unbroken light is required for the recycling process as broken fluorescent globes may contaminate other recyclables.
