FREE D.I.Y. FAMILY NIGHT
Join us on THURSDAY 12TH AUGUST from 6.00pm - 8.30pm for an evening of fun and information!
Our celebrity guest Melissa King, from TV's Garden Gurus, will be in-store to talk about growing heirloom vegetables.
There will be activities for the children, including Farm Animals, facepainting and 'things' to make!
Several suppliers will be in attendance to demonstrate their products including Dulux paints, Power tools, Karcher and more.
Also on hand to answer all those questions you were too afraid to ask will be our very own D.I.Y. Man - Rob Lynch.

12TH AUGUST
Garden preparation for spring planting of vegetables and flowers is the topic for this month. It will include information on soil types, fertilizers, wetting agents, etc.,plus re-potting indoor plants.

9TH SEPTEMBER
A representative from Neutrog, an Australian company that manufactures organic fertilizers and soil conditioners, will be in to discuss their products.

14TH OCTOBER
This month Anne Creber a food writer, author and food stylist will talk about herb vinegars. Ann is passionate about using fresh herbs and produce from your garden in your cooking and shows us how to make a herb vinegar. Great Christmas idea!

11TH NOVEMBER
Join our group and build a Birdhouse. You may want to paint it in bright colours and use as a decorative piece in the garden (or as a gift), or leave it natural for native birds to use.

9TH DECEMBER
Just in time for Christmas we have Michael Carrol from Black & Decker to explain and demonstrate their range of power garden tools, including a great range of battery operated products, so that you can be better informed when choosing that special Christmas gift.

School hoildays 2010
Children can be booked into a maximum of 2 sessions each week.
Sessions are twice daily with the same activity at both sessions.
The morning session runs from 11:00 to 12:00.
The afternoon session runs from 1:30 to 2:30.
One activity per child per session.
