Marigolds - Will add a splash of colour to your garden. They are perfect for borders, pot or window boxes. Choose a sunny, well-drained position.

Winter harvest vegetables such as broccoli & Brussels sprouts should be planted now. They can be planted as seeds or seedlings and need the growing season of autumn to develop size before maturing.

Remove old summer bloomers like petunias, and prune climbers such as wisteria and jasmine. Fertilise and mulch after pruning.

Feed citrus trees with Thrive Granular Citrus Food and top up mulch over root systems.
