As Bunnings State Learning & Development Manager for NSW/ACT you will enjoy a rewarding environment with a strong focus on customer service, safety, ongoing learning & development and real opportunities for advancement.

The NSW/ACT Learning & Development Manager works with both State and National business leaders to develop, refine, and implement practical training strategies to ensure our continued growth. Put your Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment into practice combined with your high level written and verbal communication skills, and experience in designing, implementing and facilitating training programs to deliver, measurable benefits to the team and the business.

Skills: |
|
- An enthusiastic, passionate, self-motivated individual
- Minimum 5 years experience in a facilitation and training program development role
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Undergraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management (or equivalent, with a focus on development) is highly desirable
- Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organising skills
- Ability to liaise with all levels within the organization
- Sound influencing ability
- Ability to design relevant and meaningful training programs
- Ability to facilitate training programs
