The Bunnings Support Office NSW/ACT has an opportunity for a self-motivated, people focussed individual who is passionate about customer service and working as part of a broad team. 

We have full time Personal Assistant role available, supporting the State Operations Manager.  This role is critical to the success of the Operations function through the support and assistance the role provides the NSW/ACT team, customers and stakeholders.  It is in a manner that contributes to the overall achievement of the vision, values and commercial objectives of the function and the business.   

This role is based at our State Support Office in Rosehill, NSW.

 

Responsibilities:

The Personal Assistant supports and assists the State Operations Manager and the broader business through a variety of critical administrative duties, including:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to all Operations customers, consistent with the vision and values of Bunnings.
  • Clerical support to the NSW/ACT State Operations Manager
  • Process routine reports and arrange Travel
  • Typing and filing of relevant correspondence and reports
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintain ingoing and outgoing mail
  • Ordering stationary
  • Assisting in the planning of meetings and conferences
  • State Operations Manager diary management
  • Handling internal and external enquiries
  • Carry out other clerical and administrative functions as required
