Responsibilities:
Fostering an excellent work culture by empowering and inspiring team members Provide coaching and training for team members to ensure an environment of continuous improvement, and to provide opportunities for growth Team member recruitment, performance management and rostering Promoting merchandising standards Fully supporting all advertising and promotions to maximise returns Effective stock control/management.

Skills:
Management / Supervision experience in a high volume environment Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a small to medium sized team Effective planning and organising skills Demonstrated excellent communication and influencing skills A 'Hands On' approach to teamwork
